“Tie the Knot” Price: $800 (Ceremony on Sundays only)
Small and intimate elopement package that includes:
- Ceremony with up to 24 guests at the gazebo (additional $48 for white folding chairs) or woodland site with wooden benches
- Ferns and curtains at gazebo or ferns at arbor and doors and 12 white lanterns on aisle in woods
- Small, two-tiered, white iced cake and 24 white iced cupcakes
- Bottle of Moscato or sparkling cider along with two toasting glasses
- Micro-reception that includes first dance, toast, cake cutting, and sendoff
- Two hours on property for ceremony and photos
“Simply Romantic” Price: $1600
Ceremony at either the gazebo or woodland site with up to 60 guests and a reception that includes:
- Six guest tables, sweetheart table, cake table, gift table, and food/beverage table.
- Seating for 60 guests or less and couple at reception *
- Portable speaker (if not provided by DJ)
- Eight hours on the property with access to two dressing rooms
*Rental fees apply for white folding chairs at gazebo ceremony. Wooden benches provided at woodland ceremony site at no charge.
May purchase additional hours for $100/hour
“Love Always” Price: $1,800
Ceremony at either the gazebo or woodland site with up to 80 guests and a seated reception at the pavilion that includes:
- Eight guest tables, sweetheart table, gift table, cake table, and two food tables
- Seating for 80 guests or less and couple at reception *
- Portable speaker (if not provided by DJ)
- Ten hours on property with access to two dressing rooms

May purchase additional hours for $100/hour
“Happily Ever After” Price: $2000
Ceremony at either the gazebo or woodland site with a seated reception that includes:
- Ten guest tables, sweetheart table, gift table, cake table, and two food tables
- Seating for 100 guests or less and couple at reception *
- Portable speaker (if not provided by DJ)
- Twelve hours (10am-10pm) on property with access to two dressing rooms

All packages include access to venue with appointment for “save the date”, engagement, and/or bridal photos. “Day of” wedding coordination available for additional fee.
